"Hey guys, my tooth is woggly"

So, obviously, I've figured out Mobile Blogging (Moblogging for short) - see the entries from this weekend. Totally cool... I'm such a geek, but we knew this.

So, we pick up the kids from their grandparents and about 10 minutes into the ride we hear Jamie say "Hey guys, my tooth is woggly"... we look at each other like "nah"... Just a couple of months ago his first permanent molars started to erupt (this was a little early because they usually come in around 6 years old). I knew we'd start loosing teeth soon, but I figured I had a LITTLE more time.

So, I turn around and feel... and yes, folks, we have our first loose tooth. Jamie wanted an explaination of why it was loose and what happens. He started crying because he apparently thought this meant he couldn't eat anymore (*laugh* Jamie is my worry-wart; he worries about EVERYTHING). So now he's excited because the tooth fairy gets to come.

Me? I'm gonna go find some ice cream to cry into.

Note: is it weird that Tom and I keep walking around singing a song about a tiny potty? (see previous post)... methinks we need a life.

Laura has a loose tooth too but I think she made it loose and continues to push on it every day.

Yeah, he is BARELY old enough. 5 is apparently the absolute cut off for "normal" loss of baby teeth.

Sigh..we knew it was coming when we realized he is already cutting molar he is SUPPOSED to get till he is 7.
