Whew! What a week. Last weekend was just one thing after the other. I went out with friends to see a band downtown (wonderful place, good music, no half-dressed 20 year olds, it was great!), then Tom and I went to a fundraiser dinner, then we had a family holiday party with one of my clients... tonight I had one of my book club groups over... I so totally need a vacation!

And I have to show this off... I have the coolest husband in the world. One of my book clubs (is it any surprise that I'm in more than one?) read Devil In The Details. I'm completely drawn to the cover of this book with it's perfect little OCD rows:

Okay. Tom is officially the coolest.
I hope he used icing and not glue. M&Ms are a food group that should not be wasted.
Hahahaha, sorry..no hot glue.
We actually mixed up some Royal icing. That is the stuff that "professional" use to glue things like gingerbread houses together. Trust me, these days...I do NOT waste M&M's..sigh...I'm currently surviving on them....
What do you mean SORRY? You were SUPPOSED to use icing!
You are a very good husband, indeed, to have done that. Mine just makes the coffee -- but then, my book club's a bit more laid back than most seem to be.
