Neverending Water Photos... and introducing THE TUX!

It's hot in Austin. No, I mean HOT. It's going to be a terrible Summer, so expect lots of water pictures this year! This is from this past weekend... I keep waiting for them to be bored with it... so far, not happening...

Apparently the 1 foot of water requires special equipment...

I have a Canon Rebel XTi. I think those pictures were taken with the "kit lens" - the 18-55. Although they might have been with the telephoto I have, the 75-300. I love my camera. I just need a couple more lenses :)

I should say that I do photoshop some of them though to correct color and the histogram luminosity or otherwise play with them. I don't remember what, if anything, I did to these though :)

Yeah, they have a rough life, eh?

Sweet! I bought Donna a Canon Rebel XT (not i) last year. She just has the lense that came with the camera.

Oh, you need to outfit her right! She needs some new glass, dude! But the best purchase I made was my Speedlite external flash. I never realized how sucky the onboard flash is! *laugh*

I love the water sheeting on Cassie's face in the last one - awesome effect.
